What’s plan B when the biggest product collab of the year, Snickers X BTS, fail to generate the expected sales?
We turned a fan obsession – the worshipping and collecting of everything BTS – into an opportunity to reposition our wrappers as limited-edition collectibles.
As sales picked up and stocks ran low, we pivoted; ending the campaign with a series of videos that focused on the Snickers X BTS products as a whole (As opposed to the wrappers being collectibles).
